DOPE MENTORING (DEVELOPING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONAL ENRICHMENT) is an organization located in Houston Texas. D.O.P.E mentoring is about reaching students where they are at and embracing where they are at to help them grow beyond their circumstances. Our team of experts provides a safe and supportive environment where students can explore safe options and alternatives that can develop their potential, and build their confidence.

DOPE MENTORING (DEVELOPING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONAL ENRICHMENT) was established to provide support for at-risk students faced with challenging circumstances. We have developed programs to help those at risk become prepared for the obstacles that life will present to them. We find it more beneficial to arm students with proactive preventative tools versus post-reactive tools. 

DOPE MENTORING (DEVELOPING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONAL ENRICHMENT) has been serving Houston since 2014. All our work is predicated on the belief that no one should have to face at-risk circumstances alone. At DOPE we build strong, lasting relationships with students that seek our help. All services available to our community partners are based on shared understanding and collaboration.

What makes us Different? We are relatable as we all have a story of turning victims into victors. We literally were these students in one part of our lives or another. We walk the talk so students feel comfortable opening up so we get to the root of the problems versus the symptoms. Our different journeys have led us to be proactive versus reactive and have armed us with some valuable lessons and tools to pass on to students struggling with peer pressure to monetary challenges., and simple growing pains.
